Maeioska is a free template designed by gabfire and released under Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License which means that you are free to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work for personal and commercial purposes. Banner image and the both lake pictures on the right bottom of the webpage is taken by me, and they dont have any copyright information.

If you are intended to use this template for wordpress, I would ask you to check out Templates / Wordpress first to check availability of this work as wordpress theme.
Since there are a lot of CMS available and I wouldnt be able to transform this template to all unique CMS, It would be something very nice of you to send me a copy of the theme that you created by editing this template.
